How the booking process works:

1. Inquiry & Initial Consultation – Send me an inquiry with a brief description of your project. We then conduct an initial consultation.

2. Custom Offer & Cost Estimate – After our discussion, I’ll create a tailored offer for your project, including a transparent breakdown of the estimated hours and budget.

3. Project Deposit & Kickoff – At the start of the project, a deposit is required (e.g., 30% of the estimated project cost). After that, the concept development and planning begin!

4. Design & Execution – I work on the concept, create visualizations, and develop a structured plan for your space.

5. Implementation & Project Support – Once everything is set, I assist in bringing the design to life, coordinating contractors, deliveries, and execution.

6. Finalization & Finishing Touches – The project is completed, and I support you until everything is in place and ready to impress!

Good to know:

-Custom pricing – Billing is based on an hourly rate (€90/h) or a fixed-price offer upon agreement.

-Project size & minimum volume – The Big-Deal Makeover starts at €1,800 (approx. 20+ hours) to ensure a well-thought-out planning process.

-Flexibility – I work remotely & on-site, depending on project requirements.

So läuft die Buchung ab:

1. Anfrage & Erstgespräch – Sie schicken mir eine Anfrage mit einer kurzen Beschreibung Ihres Projekts. Danach führen wir ein Erstgespräch.

2. Individuelles Angebot & Kostenkalkulation – Nach dem Gespräch erstelle ich ein auf Ihr Projekt zugeschnittenes Angebot. Dabei erhalten Sie eine transparente Einschätzung der benötigten Stunden und eine erste Budgetplanung.

3. Projektanzahlung & Startschuss – Bei Projektbeginn wird eine Anzahlung fällig (z. B. 30 % des geschätzten Projektvolumens). Danach geht es direkt los mit der Konzeptentwicklung und Planung!

4. Design & Umsetzung

5. Umsetzung & Projektbegleitung – Sobald alles steht, unterstütze ich bei der Realisierung.

6. Abschluss & Feinschliff – Ihr Projekt wird finalisiert. Ich begleite Sie bis zum fertigen Ergebnis

Wichtig zu wissen:

Individuelle Preisgestaltung – Die Abrechnung erfolgt auf Stundenbasis (90 €/h) oder als Festpreisangebot nach Absprache.
-Projektgröße & Mindestvolumen – Das Big-Deal Makeover startet ab1.800 € (ca. 20+ -Stunden), um eine durchdachte Planung zu gewährleisten.
-Flexibilität – Ich arbeite remote & vor Ort je nach Projektanforderung.

I do not charge VAT.
All invoices are issued net of VAT.

• EU business customers with a valid VAT ID: Invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Any VAT due must be declared in your country.
• Private customers (EU & Germany): No VAT is charged and no VAT needs to be declared by you.
• Customers outside the EU: No EU VAT applies. Any local tax obligations are the customer’s responsibility.

Meine Rechnungen sind netto.

• EU-Firmenkunden mit USt-ID: Abrechnung ohne MwSt. (Reverse Charge). Die Steuer wird ggf. von euch im eigenen Land erklärt.
• Privatkunden (EU & Deutschland): Keine MwSt. auf meiner Rechnung, keine Abführung durch euch.
• Kunden außerhalb der EU: Keine EU-Mehrwertsteuer. Eventuelle lokale Steuern liegen in eurer Verantwortung.

If you realize after booking the Basic package that you need a more detailed plan with additional options, you can easily upgrade to Compact—without paying twice.

-Are there special payment terms for the "Big-Deal" Makeover?
Due to the larger scope of the project, payment can be arranged individually. In most cases, an initial deposit before the project begins is required, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

- Can I pay in instalments?
Currently, I only offer full prepayments.

- Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice via email with all payment details.

Aufgrund des größeren Umfangs kann die Zahlung individuell geregelt werden. In den meisten Fällen ist eine Anzahlung vor Projektbeginn erforderlich, der Restbetrag wird nach Fertigstellung fällig.

-Kann ich in Raten zahlen?
Aktuell biete ich nur vollständige Vorauszahlungen an.

-Erhalte ich eine Rechnung?
Ja, du erhältst eine Rechnung per E-Mail mit allen Zahlungsdetails.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is only possible as long as work has not yet started. Once the project has begun, cancellation is no longer possible. Like a hair appointment with a special treatment: once the color is mixed and the scissors are ready, there’s no “undo.”

Will I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

Since this is a custom, creatively developed service, refunds are not possible. However, if you have change requests, we’re happy to discuss adjustments.ts.

-Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?
Ein Widerruf ist nur möglich, solange ich noch nicht mit der Umsetzung begonnen habe. Nach Projektstart ist eine Stornierung ausgeschlossen. Wie bei einem Friseurtermin mit Spezialbehandlung: Sobald die Farbe angerührt ist und die Schere bereitliegt, gibt es kein „Undo“

-Bekomme ich eine Rückerstattung, wenn ich unzufrieden bin?
Da es sich um eine individuell kreativ erstellte Dienstleistung handelt, ist eine Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen. Falls du Änderungswünsche hast, besprechen wir gerne eine Anpassung.
