Home Complete is my most comprehensive offering for the design of entire apartments or selected holiday properties.

I take care of the concept, planning, and — if desired —the complete implementation. You are involved in the key decisions, while I hold the overall structure and process for you.

The result is not a collection of beautiful rooms, but a coherent whole:
clearly structured, functionally thought through, and designed to work long-term - for living, staying, or renting.

Home Complete is for people who don’t want to experiment or compare endlessly,
but are looking for a calm, reliable solution and a clear sense of direction.

Price: Home Complete — €6,800
The final project price is determined by size, scope and overall complexity.
Larger or more complex projects are discussed individually.

Process – Home Complete

• In-depth analysis of layouts, proportions and spatial use following initial alignment
• Holistic concept development covering materiality, lighting, furnishing and atmosphere
• Structured preparation and documented delivery of the comprehensive concept, including clear implementation recommendations

Optional:
Implementation support (e.g., on-site visits or extended coordination) is subject to separate agreement.

Estimated timeframe: 3–6 weeks from receipt of all required materials. Depending on the scope and completeness of the submitted documentation.

Payment terms:
30% deposit, remaining balance due upon delivery.

Some projects require more than a good concept.
They require overview, experience, and someone who holds the thread.

This work is intended for larger, public or commercial projects — such as cafés, retail spaces, event venues or temporary installations — where design, function and impact need to work together.

I don’t take on projects like these on a regular basis, but only when scope, intention and collaboration are a good fit. The focus is not on decoration, but on structure, orientation, and an outcome that holds.

What may be part of such projects

• Development of a coherent spatial and usage concept
• 3D visualisations and decision-making frameworks
• Advisory work with a focus on impact, process and economic viability
• Coordination with architects, craftspeople and involved trades
• Ongoing coordination of implementation, budget and timeline

The exact scope is defined individually — depending on the project, its objectives and the desired depth.

Billing is based on time spent.
As a guideline: €90 per hour,
with a minimum scope of approximately 20 hours.

Before the project begins, you will receive a clear assessment of scope, budget framework and process.

This is not a standard package.
It is intended for projects that require time, attention and responsibility.
