No German or Swedish VAT is shown. The applicable VAT treatment in the customer’s country must be checked by the customer.
The Private Space Concept is billed in full before the project starts.
For Business Space Concepts, a deposit is agreed before the project starts. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final concept document.
Additional services are offered individually as needed and billed separately.
Payments are possible by SEPA bank transfer as well as Bitcoin / Lightning.

Die Abrechnung erfolgt per Rechnung durch anderswie LLC, Wyoming, USA.
Es wird keine deutsche oder schwedische Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen. Die jeweilige umsatzsteuerliche Behandlung im Land des Kunden ist kundenseitig zu prüfen.
Das Private Space Concept wird vor Projektstart vollständig berechnet.
Für Business Space Concepts wird vor Projektstart eine Anzahlung vereinbart. Der Restbetrag wird bei Übergabe des finalen Konzeptdokuments fällig.
Zusätzliche Leistungen werden nach Bedarf individuell angeboten und separat berechnet.
Zahlungen sind per SEPA-Überweisung sowie Bitcoin / Lightning möglich.

Together, we clarify what your space concept needs and which next step makes sense.
03 — Start
After your confirmation, you receive the invoice. Once the agreed payment has been received, the concept work begins.
04 — Insight
Photos, floor plans, measurements, sketches or a short video walkthrough create the foundation. If anything is missing, we clarify it together.
05 — On site
An on-site appointment can be arranged individually if needed.

Nach Ihrer Bestätigung erhalten Sie die Rechnung. Sobald die vereinbarte Zahlung eingegangen ist, beginnt die Konzeptarbeit.
04 — Einblick
Fotos, Grundrisse, Maße, Skizzen oder ein kurzer Video-Rundgang bilden die Grundlage. Was noch fehlt, klären wir gemeinsam.
05 — Vor Ort
Ein Vor-Ort-Termin kann bei Bedarf individuell vereinbart werden.
