VAT & Invoices Services are provided by anderswie LLC. Prices and invoices are issued in EUR.

For business customers within the EU with a valid VAT ID, reverse charge may apply.

For customers outside the EU, local tax obligations may apply in their country.

For private customers, the stated fixed package price applies. No VAT is added on top of the shown price. The final invoice will show the applicable tax treatment.

🇩🇪 Rechnungen & Steuern

Die Leistungen werden über anderswie LLC erbracht. Preise und Rechnungen werden in EUR ausgewiesen.

Für Geschäftskunden innerhalb der EU mit gültiger USt-ID kann gegebenenfalls das Reverse-Charge-Verfahren gelten.

Für Kunden außerhalb der EU können lokale Steuerpflichten im jeweiligen Land gelten.

Für Privatkunden gilt der angegebene Fixpreis des jeweiligen Pakets. Auf den angezeigten Preis wird keine Mehrwertsteuer zusätzlich berechnet. Die finale Rechnung weist die entsprechende steuerliche Behandlung aus.

Meine Arbeit richtet sich an Menschen und Unternehmen, die mehr suchen als einen schön eingerichteten Raum.

Ich arbeite für private Auftraggeber, Cafés, Bars, Praxen, Studios, kleine Läden und andere öffentliche oder geschäftliche Räume, die mehr Klarheit, Struktur und räumliche Richtung brauchen.

Der Fokus liegt nicht auf Dekoration allein, sondern auf einem durchdachten Konzept dafür, wie ein Raum funktioniert, wirkt und genutzt wird.

Can I cancel my request?
You can cancel as long as the project has not yet been confirmed or started.

Once the project has started, cancellation is no longer possible, as the service is individually prepared and developed for your specific space.

Will I receive a refund if I’m not satisfied?
All concepts are individually developed for your project. For this reason, refunds are not possible once the work has started.

If there are questions or requests for adjustment, we’ll discuss them together and find a suitable solution within the agreed scope.

🇩🇪 Stornierung & Rückerstattung

Kann ich meine Anfrage stornieren?
Eine Stornierung ist möglich, solange das Projekt noch nicht bestätigt oder gestartet wurde.

Sobald das Projekt begonnen hat, ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich, da die Leistung individuell vorbereitet und für deinen Raum entwickelt wird.

Erhalte ich eine Rückerstattung, wenn ich unzufrieden bin?
Alle Konzepte werden individuell für dein Projekt entwickelt. Eine Rückerstattung ist daher nach Projektstart nicht möglich.

Wenn Fragen oder Anpassungswünsche entstehen, besprechen wir diese gemeinsam und finden eine passende Lösung innerhalb des vereinbarten Rahmens.
