Terra30 – Where minimalist design meets Mediterranean warmth

Terra30 grew out of an inquiry that was never realised - and the decision to keep the idea alive anyway. A holiday apartment with clean lines, warm materials and plenty of light. Reduced, but not cold. Structured, but relaxed. Designed for people who don’t just want a place to stay, but a place to arrive.

Cleverly stored, smartly used.

The redesigned kitchen combines smart storage with everyday ease, hiding appliances in a lift-up cabinet that remains fully usable through a pull-out shelf and built-in power. Tall units, open shelves, extra work surfaces, and a balanced mix of white with subtle green accents create a spacious kitchen that simply works.
